This looks great! Have you considered giving this preso on CFMeetup?
I've heard SVN 1.5+ brings better merging. Can you give us a high-level overview of what has been improved? Are you guys using SVN 1.5+ at Broadchoice?
I'm using Subclipse with CFEclipse, but I have never used Merge but thinking of using it soon.
