Joshua Cyr is organizing a networking RIA-related cruise in the Bahamas. The idea is to have all the networking and social benefits of a conference without actually having sessions. The five-day cruise leaves Miami on February 9th, 2009 and full-board rooms start at $345. Great idea Joshua!

Nah, adding the flight to Miami would make it kinda pricey and we have enough outgoings with travel already... It would be fun, tho'...
yeah i hear you. $2k in airfare for me and the family on top of the cost of the cruise.

Next year it should be an Alaska cruise for some Really ColdFusion.

;) For the "Flexers" among us, we can theorize that this cruise will interfere w/ the next 360Flex. Although, the next 360Flex has not been announced yet, they have been doing them twice a year in the USA, one in February and one in August.
I wonder if the time frame will hurt attendance for both events?
