cf-oop list on House Of Fusion

April 1, 2007 ·

As part of the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update series, House Of Fusion are launching mailing lists tied to the focus of each issue. Right now you can already subscribe to cf-oop, associated with FAQU 2, and seo, associated with the business theme of FAQU 3.

The Apollo list (http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/apollo) is a little ahead of its time as the UI issue (Flex/Apollo/CSS/etc.) is the next one (issue 4). Luckily, the CF-Talk list is already in place for issue 5 (Scorpio).

@Michael, a great enhancement for the HoF list system would be a page under the My HoF section that lists all the mailing lists and your current subscription status. I can never remember what I'm subscribed to, nor in what mode...

    You mean this:

Let me know if there are any problems or features that are missing.

    Thanks

@Michael, now that's what I call service! Thank you for adding that!

I'm not 100% happy with it. What about lists that are not subscribed to? What about a global suspend for vacations and the like. What about features I haven't thought of yet. It just doesn't 'feel' enough yet.

I'm sure you'll be adding to it as time permits. It would be nice to show the lists in alpha order and, yes, it would be nice to show *all* lists. But what's there is a big help already.
