MAX 2006 - How Much?

August 3, 2006 · 2 Comments

It seems that folks are having a hard time figuring out how much MAX costs this year. They're going to the MAX 2006 home page and then scrolling down and clicking on the Register for MAX today! which then presents them with a big ugly form. No, no, no, don't do that. On the MAX home page, look in the right hand navigation pod for the Registration link. Early bird pricing runs through September 25th but hotel rooms will book up early so don't delay! Think $219 per night is expensive? The Venetian is usually a $400-$500 per night hotel so that's a good deal Adobe has for you. But if that's still too much, check out the Imperial Palace just down the strip. Easy walking distance and less than $100 per night. And it has an amazing classic car museum. Hmm, I'd better book my room at the Venetian...

I think the biggest problem I have MAX is the cost of a guest pass for the Welcome Reception and Special Event. Apparently it's about $500 per person. I'd usually invite a friend or relatives to those events, but probably not this year.

yeah, the guest passes jumped wildly. I guess the special night out is going to be spectacular!

Also, the registration system has yet to send me a confirmation, I would assume it would. Further, no one responded to my email to info@adobemax06.com.
