It's just the hokey UK-based DNS service that Nick Tong registered the domain name with (123-reg.co.uk)! If you add the following to your local hosts file, you'll be able to reach the site just fine:
8.6.19.68 www.coldfusioncommunity.org
8.6.19.68 coldfusioncommunity.org
