Adobe Hiring ColdFusion Developers

October 3, 2006 · 4 Comments

Not for the Web Team or for Hosted Services this time but for the internal enterprise IT team. They're looking for a couple of ColdFusion developers to work on an integration project that will leverage the JMS event gateway. These are contract positions based in San Jose. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
  • Experience with CFMX 7 / JRun
  • Experience with Java and JMS
  • Good working knowledge of XML, XPath, XML Schema and XSLT
  • Good team player
  • Bonus: experience with lead flow systems
I can forward your resume on to the appropriate party (send it to sean DOT corfield AT adobe DOT com instead of my "regular" address). I'll update this post with more details as I get them from the internal team.

I guess these would be US based?

@Kev, yes, based in San Jose, CA (Adobe HQ). Sorry, I'm so used to positions being "full-time on-site" that I don't think to put that in. I've updated the posting.

I live in the Phillipines. Do they sponsor H1Bs?

@Abe, for contract positions you would need to work through an agency (ManPower or ABE in this case) and I don't know what those agencies do about non-US residents.
